Aloha- Boston & New York! I offer services in: Forrest and Vinyasa yoga, bodywork/ energy healing appointments, inspirational workshops, Reiki classes, and artwork. This manifests through private and group yoga instruction. Private healing sessions, weaving together bodywork modalities, heart centered therapy, and the freedom to express. Reiki 1, 2 and Master classes and attunements. Workshops on peace, healing, and creativity.
Some interesting questions are: How do we live? How do we heal? Essentially, all we really have is the NOW..breath by breath, moment by moment, in relationship to each other, divinity, and Earth.

All of these services come from my own journey: I began my own "work" in 1993, to heal from trauma to Spirit, and journeyed through many modalities as a client. My own quest for strength, freedom, and empowerment continues - as I learn from you.
