LIFE EDUCATION
I've always been called to both create and to "heal"- whether through imagery, smiling at a stranger in teaching yoga, or in sharing hands on work.
As an adolescent, I began to inquire into the legitimacy of "reality" as it was presented to me, and sent myself to healers of all ilks, including psychotherapists, mind body therapists, and reiki practitioners. I commenced a daily practice of yoga in 2000 , and from 2004- 2006 was blessed to both practice Ashtanga yoga daily with Nancy Gilgoff. Maui also led me to a shaman who would first help me in my own healing, and then be a tremendous spiritual teacher. Life has enabled me to have incredible experiences, from living in NY, Boston, and Hawaii, to meeting several truly incredible , spiritual, teachers/healers and having the privilege to work with, and learn from them.
